Rosy’s sound is founded on dub, house and disco, building long, kaleidoscopic sets or working the dancefloor at parties and places such as The Cause, Adonis, Dalston Superstore, brilliant corners, LOW LIFE, Red City Solidarity Disco and Margate Arts Club. Recent festival appearances include Gala and KALA and she has become a regular at Love International and Margate Pride. Rosy is a founder of Back to Ours - throwing cosmic parties in London and Margate where queer icons such as Jaye Ward, Michelle Manetti and Jeffrey Hinton have played. She is one quarter of acid communist party starters Joy Collective, raising the roof at Pelican House as well as £££ for local causes and social movements. Guests include the likes of Tia Cousins, OK Williams and Pleasure Pool. Rosy cut her teeth at community station Threads, where she hosted 'En Vacances', a balear-ish series that ranges wide and far: you may hear folk, drone and deep house played alongside dub poetry, new wave and pop. Other radio appearances include Noods, NARR, Rinse, Svara, Balamii and Voices.
