Subject 13 is a distinguished UK music producer and DJ recognised for innovative contributions to D&B. Subject has developed a unique sound that seamlessly blends heavy basslines with a range of influences, captivating audiences. David’s journey into music began early and led him into the underground rave scene in the 1990s, where he began experimenting with production. Before long, he became a pioneer of the dancefloor synth sound with the classic track “Eternity”, which stormed the underground on respected label Vinyl Solutions. His second single “Promise” amplified his popularity when it hit the UK charts, and led to further influences on the UK D&B scene with signings to Fabio’s label Creative Source for “Oceans” and LTJ Bukem’s label Good Looking for “Faith”. His next album is due to be released in 2025 with the legendary R&S Records.
