Since early age Mauro Ferno started his affair with dance music, but only wen he moved to London he started a Music Production andSound Engineering course at Point Blank Music College, since there he partnered up with Rich David were the Duo "Digital MalFunction" Become resident dj's and co-owners/founders of events and promotions company "Sub Terrania. Starting in the basements of Shoreditch pubs, creating a party atmosphere that lasted well into the morning. Always moving forward he has been invited to London's biggest clubs, where he can regularly be seen playing at: EGG, Ministry of Sound, Pacha and many more. Mauro Ferno's Music is Deep and twisted, has a Dj his ability to switches from Deep house to Tech house, Minimal and Techno creating a dynamic and complex mixture. As Music Producer his songs reflects a blended fusion of after-hours underground house music with all the possible music genres. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Mauro Fernandes was immersed in house music at the age of 7! When he started to listen to live recordings of after-hours sets at the biggest club in Lisbon "Kremlin". Soaking in these cherished tapes non-stop, he waited for the day he would be old enough to get into the clubs and see his favourite dj's play live. At 14 Mauro moved to Africa, becoming influenced with the more "unusual" tribal beats of African Music, by that time he start to get involved in Angola's Hip Hop underground movement making beats and as Mc and made some collaborations with a Local Rock Band. Finally at the age of 24 Mauro moved to London, reaching the "cold paradise" of dance music, where he found himself falling in love with Tech-house, Minimal & Techno and influenced by the London underground after-hours parties. He dusted off his rusty production skills and enrolled in a Music Production and Sound Engineering course.
