Louis was born in Salem Massachussetts. A town close to Boston on the east coast of the United States. At the age of 6 he moved to Germany - to be more exact, the Rhein Main Area - and pursuied a regular childhood without to much of an affection to music other than listening to it. At the age of 12 Louis started taking classes in vinyl DJing and soon learned techniques, fundamentals and workflows in and around playing electronic music on a dj setup. Two years later Louis got into producing when he bought his first version of Ableton. He soon found that this was even more than djing truely fulfilling to him and began to experiment with melodies and grooves. In 2020 he started a record label with his class mate an fellow producer LAENDER, called DTECT Records Meanwhile, a few years later: Louis once again relocated his life to Berlin, where he is slowly setting a foot in the local scene an doing all sorts of crazy stuff with the FHAINEST collective, which has somehow grown to be a second family in music.
