A self-described “techno genre-fluid warrior,” she challenges purist conventions with emotionally charged, sweat-soaked sets that prioritise euphoria, community, and radical expression on the dancefloor. Currently a resident at bluparti, her sound is as playful as it is powerful, designed to keep bodies moving and expectations unsettled. A former CLASH Magazine journalist and lifelong club kid, LO-LOW has risen rapidly, sharing stages with diverse artists including DJ Bone, DVS1, Floorplan, Mall Grab, Young Marco, Overmono, Cashu, CEM, DJ Heartstring, Len Faki, Chris Liebing, and Oscar Mulero. Her performances have taken her from key UK venues such as Fold, Phonox, Venue MOT, Fabric, Somerset House, Kew Gardens, and The Cause, to international dancefloors in Berlin, Beirut, Bologna, Amsterdam, Brazil, Kyiv, and beyond appearing at seminal, queer and underground platforms including Boiler Room, Milkshake Festival, Pxssy Palace, RIPOSTE, Boudica x GEGEN, HOWL, SMUT, De Reünie, Sangramuta, Field Maneuvers, GALA Festival, Maiden Voyage, and UHAUL Dyke Rescue. In 2025, she launched Soft Domination, an ethos-led concept. It currently exists in the form of a party series at Fabric and a Foundation FM residency that champions softness, care, and intentional power in club culture. Breaking down boundaries and encouraging more openness and freedom to awaken your curiosities in and off the dancefloor. Everyone is welcome, as long as you respect the energy and space. Sonically whilst techno is at the basis, it’s a wild rollercoaster purely dependent on the audience in the room. Meaning each party provides exceptional dynamism and unknown destination. The project extends beyond nightlife through accessible sound-healing collaborations and radical curation. Soft Domination collaborated with SOAK Audio and Wellness Studio Liquid Movement, to host a sound bath session titled: Ethereal Soundscapes & Sonic Immersions. Offering the class at reduced rates to make these sort of experiences more accessible. An element she hopes to build on more into 2026. Beyond the decks, LO-LOW is the co-founder and co-host of long-running (8 years) radio show Melatrois on Reform Radio, has contributed mixes to Black Techno Matters, Oroko Radio, and Parfait’s podcast series ‘Commes Dans Les Films’, BCCO, Brazilian radio station Veneno, Alataj’s Alaplay and bluparti’s series. She co-produced and presented for Fold Talks series, an initiative to amplify under-represented voices in electronic music. Driven by empathy, infectious intensity, and connection, LO-LOW continues to push dancefloors forward on her own terms. Making her poised to become a leading figure in the electronic musical landscape.
