What does PartyX cost?
Hosting is free, and free events stay free for everyone. On paid tickets, guests add a small booking fee at checkout — never less than €0.49. You receive at least 98% of your ticket price; card processing comes out of our share.
Free event
€0 for you, €0 for guests. No fees on free tickets or guest lists.
Founding organizers — invited early cohort
Guests add a 10% booking fee at checkout (min €0.49; a little more on small tickets so every sale stays sustainable). You receive 100% of your ticket price.
Standard
Guests add an 8% booking fee at checkout (min €0.49; a little more on small tickets so every sale stays sustainable). You receive 98% of your ticket price.
A €20 ticket, worked through
- Founding cohort: your guest pays €22.00 at checkout. You receive €20.00.
- Standard: your guest pays €21.60. You receive €19.60.
- Card processing comes out of our share, not yours. On small tickets the booking fee never drops below €0.49 — that keeps every sale sustainable.
What we never charge
No listing fees. No subscriptions. No setup costs. No charge for free events. We only earn when you sell.
Before guests pay
Checkout shows the full total — ticket price, booking fee, and VAT where it applies — before anyone pays.
Getting paid
Ticket revenue flows through Stripe straight to your bank account. You connect Stripe once from your dashboard; payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule.
