UNDER Festival 2026

UNDER Festival is an international platform for contemporary electronic music and digital art, taking place in Riga since 2017. UNDER is bringing together diverse audiences across cultures, identities and creative backgrounds. It creates a shared space where artists, musicians and audiences connect through a common interest in forward-thinking sound and audiovisual expression.

Founded with the aim of supporting and developing the underground and experimental scene, the festival highlights both emerging talents and internationally recognised artists. UNDER fosters dialogue between generations and disciplines, encouraging the intersection of music, art and technology while offering a unique and immersive cultural experience.
