SWAG Records Re-Launch Party

Few record shops have left a mark on underground dance music quite like SWAG. Emerging from South London in the early 1990s, the shop and its label became a meeting point for a generation of DJs, producers and record collectors who would help shape the language of tech-house for decades to come. More than a record store, SWAG stood as a hub for ideas, grooves and experimentation, with artists such as Eddie Richards, Terry Francis, Adam Collins, Gideon Jackson and Grant Dell at its heart.

Now, after years of cult status and continued influence, SWAG returns. The label's new chapter brings together rare archive material, previously unreleased recordings and fresh collaborations, reconnecting its rich heritage with the sounds of today.

To celebrate the relaunch of the imprint, SWAG joins forces with black.round.twelve on July 18th aboard Hoppetosse for a night dedicated to groove and the forward-thinking spirit that has always defined the label. Join SWAG figureheads Eddie Richards and Grant Dell, along with Tripmastaz, Laurence and Joe BRT, for an extended trip through house, tech-house and deeper shades of groove-driven club music.
