On June 19th SUBSTATION returns to Club AMT for its third transmission, as always across two dance floors as Berlin settles fully into its summer rituals. Between Hasenheide drifts, Teufelsee escapes, Olfe Kiki Sessions, Silver Future Tuesdays, and Kaulsdorfer Sundays, the city begins tracing its familiar seasonal route once again, with SUBSTATION positioned in the middle of it all, pulling scattered energies, bodies, and scenes back into the same orbit for another long night together.
The night moves through a dense spectrum of Chicago Darkroom Disco, Trance Haze, Horny House pressure, 90’s rave propulsion, Acid-leaning Disko mutations, and Leftfield club excursions shaped through groove, tension, sweat, and emotional release. Berenice, MARICAS and CULPA resident, brings together transfeminine club energy with dramatic textures and emotionally charged movement, joining from Copenhagen - Mainstream and Drift Kiev owns Britney Speed channels chaotic rave sensuality through fast-paced collisions of Techno, Trance, House, and Breaks infused with queer attitude and sweaty dancefloor drama.
Jacob Meehan arrives carrying decades of transatlantic queer dancefloor intuition shaped through Buttons and WHOLE Festival, balancing euphoric peaks with reflective depth and long-form storytelling rooted in connection and collective experience. moving deeper into the night, Femme decks Organizer Missteikk navigates magnetic Leftfield territories through groove-driven selections and unexpected turns that stretch toward the eccentric edges of contemporary club culture, while PDA’s Co-father Tam Tam transmits a Punk-inflected, Acid-soaked take on Disko and rave energy shaped equally by Berlin DIY spirit and the industrial North of the UK.
Alongside them, SUBSTATION residents Dirty Daddy Don and Majdolen continue holding the center of the night together.
Since its first edition, SUBSTATION has positioned itself with a clear intention: creating space for togetherness, openness, and meaningful connection across fragmented scenes and shifting communities within the queer underground. With each gathering, the project continues bringing people back into proximity through shared movement, warmth, and care, building a temporary collective held together by sound, sweat, attention, and the feeling of arriving somewhere familiar together again.

Dirty Daddy Don
Dirty Daddy Don mixes darkroom tracks, tracks to fuck and get fucked to. His signature sound ranges from hard-hitting house to seductive techno; he comes equipped with a filthy selection of tracks and a shameless attitude. As one of the residents of DUMP, a bi-monthly trashfest at the Berlin sex club Untertage, Dirty Daddy Don has exploited his addiction to commanding the dance floor and shown versatility in seducing dancers at all hours of the night.

Majdolen
Majdolen is a Syrian-born DJ, producer, and curator whose rapid ascent in Berlin’s club scene has been nothing short of striking. Since emerging as a powerful presence behind the decks, her name has become a fixture on lineups across the city—gracing venues big and small. A resident at Power Dance Club and headlining some of its most defining queer parties, including Herrensauna, Cocktail D’amore and WHOLE Festival. She shapes her sound by a refined sensitivity to space and crowd. adapting fluidly between rooms and moods; oscillating between techno B-sides laced with low-end tension and percussive restraint, trance-drenched psychedelia, rough-cut house, shimmering disco hybrids, and emotionally potent minimal tools. Her sound draws from the past but reframes it through a contemporary lens, always bringing something unexpected while staying emotionally attuned. Her sets often unleash a collective release, with energy that unfolds from the first moment to the last, driven by the emotional arcs and sonic narratives she sculpts with precision, This approach has earned her growing recognition in Berlin and beyond, both for her storytelling and her grounding presence in queer nightlife. She expanded her voice as a producer with her debut EP Spirals (Umay Works), offering intricate, affective compositions that mirror the same vision that fuels her DJ sets.
missteikk
Missteikk is a DJ, selector and event curator based in Berlin, originally from Armenia. Started her journey at Poligraf club in Yerevan (2020), became one of the key figures in the growing Armenian electronic music scene. Currently Missteikk is a Berlin lead of the worldwide FemmeDecks collective, which platforms femme, BIPOC and genderqueer artists. Missteikk also co-curates Brutal Honesty event series dedicated to weirder, more eclectic and experimental facets of dance music. Renowned for their ability to create diverse and dynamic sets, Missteikk switches between different moods and energies, making them a versatile force behind the decks.
