Danielle
On top of a foundational core of house, techno and electro she folds in myriad sonic wildcards to create dynamic, innovative variations on the club music experience. It’s logical her tastes would be omnivorous – Danielle spent 10 years working at fabled London record shop Phonica, one of the definitive destinations for dance music in the city, as well as a lengthy tenure at iconic Bristol store Idle Hands. Being across new releases week in, week out is one thing, but knowing how to stitch them together is another. From the breakthrough years perfecting the craft of a great warm-up to her long-standing residency on NTS Radio since 2017, Danielle shaped her approach to DJing from a free-thinking, fluid angle which still rings true now she’s more commonly found at the top of the bill. Danielle’s DJing has touched upon vital events, venues and locations around the world, from touring the US and playing flagship festivals like Glastonbury, Dekmantel, Draaimolen and Love International, to clubs like DC10, Fabric, The White Hotel, Corsica Studios and Tresor, holding down a residency season for Colour Factory in London and Left Bank in Tbilisi, and frequently picked for parties as revered as Timedance, Herrensauna and Livity Sound. In tandem, her skills have been recognised by key publications including Mixmag, DJ Mag (she was nominated as a best breakthrough DJ in 2020) and Resident Advisor. Beyond her own DJ work (she’s also a frequent contributor to many a mix series), Danielle also takes the time to impart her experience and knowledge to the next generation via her classes at Mix Nights – a non-profit organisation she helped set up seven years ago to encourage women and non-binary people to explore the art of DJing. Elsewhere, her label Soft Raw was founded in 2022 as a platform to champion the fresh talent she comes across in her position as a revered DJ and which speaks to her consistent instinct for new developments within club music. All these elements feed into the overall mission Danielle is on, pursuing her love of dynamic, physical soundsystem music with errant coding in its DNA. Keyed into new revolutions in the ever-evolving culture of the dancefloor, Danielle melds her impeccable taste together with fierce commitment and flair, delivering the impulse to move and presenting wholly new ideas to any crowd, any party, any time, anywhere.
Ryan Elliott
Ryan Elliott has spent the past two decades of his esteemed career effortlessly bridging the gap between different artistic expectations. Growing up as a DJ in Detroit, but coming into his own in Berlin, his sets expand on each city’s styles. A resident at Berghain and Panorama Bar, he refuses to be aligned with just techno or house, instead highlighting their optimal overlaps. And as a producer, remixer, and founder of his own label, Faith Beat, Elliott releases music that is playable but unpredictable, perfectly calibrated for dancefloor impact and enduring enjoyment. No matter what form his musical expression takes, with Elliott listeners always seem to get the best of both worlds. Launched in 2019, Faith Beat is an organic extension of Elliott’s passions as a DJ, producer and voracious record collector. A home for music that is thoughtful and loose, precise yet approachable, Faith Beat is not a one-way street, but an ongoing conversation between Elliott and the crowds he plays for, the producers he loves and the records he buys. As a DJ, Elliott delivers sets that slice energetically across the house and techno divide, a revelatory approach that's infused with a deep respect for his selections. This ethos also manifests in the monthly charts Elliott has published since 2003, insisting on giving a proper platform to whatever he plays. As with all of his efforts, Elliott doesn’t pit one place or style against each other, continuing to pursue a sleek and transportive fusion.

Mousse T.
BIOGRAPHY 2026 With a career spanning more than three decades, Mousse T. is widely regarded as one of Germany’s most influential and internationally acclaimed DJs, producers, songwriters, and label owners. A proud Hanoverian with a global reach, he has built a unique musical identity that effortlessly connects house, funk, soul, disco, and jazz, balancing underground credibility with worldwide commercial success. Mousse T. first gained international recognition in the late 1990s with genre-defining tracks such as “Horny” and “Is It ’Cos I’m Cool”, records that helped shape modern house music and continue to resonate on dancefloors today. His career reached a historic milestone when he co-wrote and produced “Sex Bomb” for Sir Tom Jones, a global hit that not only topped charts but also became one of the most successful late-career reinventions of a pop icon. The record secured Mousse T. a permanent place in music history and demonstrated his rare ability to fuse timeless funk energy with contemporary club culture. Over the years, Mousse T. has collaborated with an exceptional range of artists, including Quincy Jones, Roy Ayers, Randy Crawford, Byron Stingily, Andreya Triana, and many others. His work has been honored with a Grammy nomination and the prestigious Ivor Novello Award, recognizing his outstanding achievements as a songwriter and composer. His influence within the global house community was further confirmed when Traxsource named him House Artist of the Year in both 2018 and 2020. Central to his artistic vision is Peppermint Jam Records, the independent label he founded nearly 30 years ago. The label, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, has earned worldwide respect for its consistency, musical integrity, and long-term cultural relevance, standing as a testament to Mousse T.’s commitment to quality over trends. As a DJ and live performer, Mousse T. has built a formidable global reputation, performing at legendary venues and festivals such as Amnesia and Pacha Ibiza, Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Rex Club Paris, Cavo Paradiso Mykonos, Viper Room Los Angeles, and the Montreux Jazz Festival, where he has appeared with his live band. In the UK, he has also performed at KOKO London, one of the country’s most prestigious and culturally significant club venues. In 2025, he further reinforced his position at the forefront of international club culture through a highly successful residency with Glitterbox at Hï Ibiza, one of the world’s most influential club venues. The overwhelming response and consistently packed dancefloors have led to the residency being confirmed to continue into the following year. His current touring activity also includes major dates at Defected Croatia, Defected Malta, all Glitterbox activities for Germany, alongside recent performances in Mexico and upcoming tours across Australia and Asia. His recent collaboration with funk legend Bootsy Collins on the high-energy remix of “Bubble Pop” further underlines Mousse T.’s cross-generational appeal. Collins, reflecting on their long-standing connection dating back to their Warner Brothers days in Germany in the late 1990s, has described Mousse T. as an artist he first recognized for his creative vision and later admired for his producer skills in the studio. He has highlighted Mousse T.’s professionalism, his ability to ignite any party through his DJ sets, and his instinctive understanding of the dancefloor. According to Collins, Mousse T. was the natural first choice to rework “Bubble Pop” because of his deep knowledge of party culture, his constant awareness of what moves people, and the positive energy he brings by surrounding himself with good vibes. Beyond the studio and stage, Mousse T. continues to shape popular culture through television appearances, including his role as a judge on “Deutschland sucht den Superstar (DSDS)”, where he impressed with his musical expertise. Most recently, he achieved a major international success at the Festival di Sanremo, securing a strong third-place finish with “Apri tutte le porte,” produced together with Jovanotti and Gianni Morandi, outperforming 22 competing entries. Despite his vast catalogue, Mousse T.’s artistic philosophy remains focused on feel and authenticity. For him, truly great records are defined by world-class vocals combined with a certain raw attitude in the production. Whether behind the decks, in the studio, or on stage with live musicians and orchestras, Mousse T. continues to deliver soulful, groove-driven music, proving why he remains one of the most enduring and respected forces in electronic music today. Mathew Jonson
His music offers a rare fusion of populist intensities and nuanced musicality. With a keen understanding for the needs of the dance floor and the universal laws of house and techno, he's thrown out the rule book time and time again, sneaking tricks learned from electro and even drum'n'bass into the clubs, and loading up his B-sides with tracks that do what they damned well please. (No kick drum? No problem.) His standards for sound and presentation are exacting. Both on stage and in the studio, Jonson's fealty to analog equipment and real-time playing; as opposed to mere layback-serves as a standard bearer for a kind of electronic music that goes way beyond the drag 'n' drop world of digital composition. Jonson has always been eager to get his hands dirty, and the music reflects that in gnarled bass sequences and long, intuitive lines. His sounds have serious teeth. Despite his quick ascent through the ranks of the techno elite, Jonson hasn't just stayed personally grounded. He's devoted much of his energy to supporting his own close musical family, in the groups Cobblestone Jazz, Midnight Operator and the Modern Deep Left Quartet, and with his Wagon Repair label. He studied classical piano as a kid, plus jazz drumming, and played drums in a marching band – thus laying both the melodic and the rhythmic cornerstones of his music today. Thanks to his father's work as a musician, he also got his hands on synthesizers at the age of 9. By the time he discovered hip-hop as a young teen, he was recreating its electro-based beats on his own rudimentary setup at home. Jonson gradually began honing in on his own sound, both in his productions and his DJ sets, inspired by a deeper, weirder sound that had begun filtering into the Victoria's techno parties. His first record, in 2001, was the first release on Itiswhatitis (a label Mathew bought from its original owner 11 years later). Another followed in 2002, and in 2003. That year, he also made his first appearance on Perlon, 'Alpine Rocket' – a track he recorded alongside Luciano during his first trip to Europe. And then, suddenly, Jonson was everywhere: Sub Static, Arbutus, Kompakt, M_nus – and every track an anthem. "I had all that music kind of saved up," says Jonson, "and then, just by chance, released it all at the same time. People criticized me for it, said that it wasn't a good idea. But it worked out for me. All the tracks did well. I wasn't saturating the market with bad music." He's right there. In 2005, Jonson co-founded Wagon Repair, and it's been a blur since, a nonstop series of tours and recordings, solo and with his band mates. Crucially, he moved to Berlin. His studio here is jaw-dropping, frankly: a semi-circle full of gear, from old workhorses like the 808 and 909 and SH-101 to unique beasts like their Cwejman and Roland System 100m modular system. Tate's Rhodes piano anchors one corner of the horseshoe, and everything feeds into a massive desk where tracks are mixed and recorded in real-time. His two hands have come up with some remarkable material. Having perfected his brand of earthshaking epic with tracks like 'Marionette' and ‘Decompression’, Jonson has increasingly turned his efforts towards more personal, introspective music. He never left the clubs behind though; his 2010 album, Agents of Time, featured a number of tracks that are as hip-winding wily as anything he's produced yet, full-on tracks like 'Girls Got Rhythm' and 'Thieves in Digital Land'. Equally physical was his 2011 drop on Hawtin's M_nus, 'Learning To Fly', and the well-received 'Automaton' on Crosstown Rebels. His 2013 album, On Her Blurry Pictures, too; here Jonson took advantage of the long player format to stretch out and indulge darker moods and slower tempos, but the core of the record remained rooted in a dancefloor context. In 2015, Mathew fulfilled his long-standing ambition of contributing to Fabric's esteemed mix series. Fabric84 is a recording of his set at the club's 15th birthday, during which he played a number of his classic tracks and unreleased edits. The energy of the occasion and the particular way Mathew performs his material blend perfectly, capturing a singular and very special set on CD. As well as continuing to tour his in-demand solo live show, which is consistently ranked amongst Resident Advisor's top 20, Mathew has recently remixed Paul St. Hilaire + Rhauder, The Martinez Brothers, Seth Troxler, and VCMG (to add to his past work including Moby, Cybotron, The Chemical Brothers, and Nelly Furtado). He released an album with Units and Measurements in 2016, and another as his new alias Freedom Engine entitled “A Box Full Of Magic” in 2019. Eighteen years on from his debut release, 'New Identity', Mathew's sound and reputation as an artist have developed, as you would expect for someone so richly and widely talented.
