About this event
fabric returns to Barcelona this June during OFFWEEK for the third chapter of its ongoing collaboration with Ricardo Villalobos’ FRRC.
Once again, we take over the unique surroundings of Castell de Ben Viure, a space that’s fast become part of the week. Built around long-form sets, trust in the room and a shared understanding of how these nights unfold.
Another full-spectrum session, rooted in the floor and shaped by the artists behind it.

Quest (IT)
Quest, class of 1992, influenced by the Alien army and by the special technique of shadowboxing... Head of La Nota Del Diablo.. Like the Beast, it goes by many names: Diabolus in musica (devil in music), the devil's interval, the tritone, the triad and the flatted fifth. As its Latin moniker suggests, it's an evil sounding combination of notes that's designed to create a chilling or foreboding atmosphere.. an atmosphere that characterizes his sets showcasing a vast collection of unearthed genre bending gems ranging across the electronic spectrum from outrè techno to electro to EBM

Lumiere
Growing up in Argentina, amongst its vibrant cultural elements - Lumière became interested in music from a very early age thanks to the fact that her father had a large collection of music cassettes from the late 70’s and 80’s with which she spent years listening as a favorite hobby. In 2011 she made the decision to move from Buenos Aires to Barcelona, to pursue her drive of digging vinyl and spinning records. Quickly she found herself immersed in the house and techno scene in Barcelona, was not long after she started playing for local parties and started a residency with Loud-Contact. As a DJ she’s very eclectic, her style varies between Techno and Electro with an Acid vein, although she also likes to flirt with different styles and genres depending on the situation. As an artist, Lumiere has a specific intuition for the right record on the dance floor, where she manages to build a session in a unique way that engages the listener to the last vinyl. Her journey epitomizes dedication to her craft and a commitment to delivering unforgettable musical experience trough the brand & record label she created with her partner Anah: Cymatix Today she plays among the underground venues and festivals in Europe, including Fabric, Club Der Visionaere, Hoppettose, Renate, Input, Les Enfant, OFF Sonar, Into the woods, Opera Festival and more…
