Boat Tyrš is anchoring at Rašínovo Nábřeží in Prague, you can find it on google maps. It's mandatory to check in on the boat between 16:00 and 16:30, last entry is possible at 16:45 (but this doesn't include the time you spend in a queue, so please be there early).
