She creates a sense of belonging for herself and her audience every time she performs, whether that’s in a darkened room or when she takes crowds on a sonic journey through profound listening sets. Nelly laces mind-altering techno and hypnotic trance with spellbinding rhythms, entrancing dancers with dark but elegant sounds. Accompanied by a past of self-exploration and finding balance, she’s undoubtedly discovered her voice through playing. Her path has led her to land a residency at the influential Garage Noord in 2023, alongside playing at venues and festivals, including Monument Festival Norway, Dekmantel Festival, Ankali Prague, and as a regular at De School over the last year. Most of all, Nelly can always be found on the dance floor herself, where she lets her emotions flow in the swirling and weightless mass of the dance floor.
