This October, Balanced Social and Longevity Rave are taking over Colours Hoxton for an afternoon of movement, music and connection — bringing the energy of a social club and the joy of the dancefloor together under one roof.
We’ll start the day with a Mat Pilates session led by Balanced Social, before swapping the mats for the dancefloor and turning up the music for three hours of house, dancing and good energy.
Expect feel-good house music all afternoon, alcohol-free “longevity” cocktails, and a dancefloor where you can move, meet new people and enjoy everything you love about going out — without needing alcohol to fuel the fun.
THE RUNDOWN
14:00–15:00 — Mat Pilates with Balanced Social
Start the afternoon with an energising Pilates session designed to get you moving, loosened up and ready for the dancefloor.
15:00–18:00 — Longevity Rave
The mats come away and the music goes up. Three hours of house music, dancing, alcohol-free cocktails and feel-good socialising.
Come for Pilates, stay for the rave — and leave feeling better than when you arrived!
