Few producers have shaped the sound of melodic techno as decisively as Gui Boratto.
The São Paulo-born, Kompakt-signed artist broke through in 2007 with Chromophobia - an album that fused warm, emotive songwriting with club-ready propulsion, and gave the scene one of its defining crossover moments in "Beautiful Life." Two decades on, he remains one of the genre's most distinctive live performers: stripped-back setup, laptop and drum machine, building sets that flow through mood and texture.
This will be his only UK date this year, which also coincides with the release of his new album - generating significant anticipation among fans already.
Expect deep, melodic, unmistakably Boratto - techno with a pulse and a heart.
