Outside the BigMac, vol.5: October Edition

For this session of Outside the Big Mac, dedicated to artists connected in different ways to the legacy of the post-punk era, we open the evening with Ran Huber (amSTART). His contribution will take the form of a conversation around DIY culture and Berlin's long-standing tradition of making art outside of growth-driven ambitions. The live program brings together Chris Imler and Cosey Mueller, two artists from different generations whose work blends post-punk sensibilities with electronic music. Mat Pogo — improv punk musician, producer, DJ, and cartoonist — will present a short, voice-only micro-performance. To close the night, Caillou, former curator at Urban Spree and current force behind Milk Me, will deliver a selection of synth-driven tracks spanning new wave and EBM.
