Lacchesi
From a young age, Lorenzo Lacchesi was immersed in music. Growing up surrounded by CDs, thanks to his parents working at Philips, he explored everything from rock to jazz and classical. As a teenager, he studied piano, played bass in various bands, and discovered electronic music at 15, drawn by the French Touch movement. After high school, Lorenzo pursued sound engineering, worked at Radio France, and co-founded his first techno label, Péché Mignon, with friends. Becoming Lacchesi, his focus shifted to warehouse techno. His first major bookings came through the Parisian scene where he refined his industrial and rave-influenced sound. During this period, he co-founded his second label, Maison Close, a platform for emerging talent with an eclectic and hybrid musical vision. Lacchesi’s sound balances minimalist techno with trance, taking cues from artists like Regent, The Advent, Mathys Lenne, Rrose, Helena Hauff, Spekki Webu, W92. Known for his fast-paced, high-energy DJ sets, he crafts introspective journeys with jittery melodies, minimal grooves, and experimental elements. His productions, however, span a broader spectrum, from hard-hitting techno and uptempo beats to glitchy IDM and ambient soundscapes. Lacchesi has released music on labels like Mama Told Ya, EXTRA ENERGY, Matière, BCCO, and Bipolar Disorder. His own label, Maison Close, has seen him release tracks on various compilations, as well as two LPs: P*NK (2021) and Based On A True Story (2024). He remains a prominent figure in the scene, consistently surrounded by close-knit circle of friends like Mac Declos, Kuss, and more recently, Vel. His standout remix of Baraka’s track «Half Faces» has racked up nearly 2M listens. In early January 2026, he released the split EP High & Dry with close collaborator JKS, jointly issued on Maison Close Records and Smile Sessions. 2025 marked a pivotal year, with Lacchesi touring extensively across the globe and performing at major festivals including Monegros, Pitch, ADE – Into the Woods, Nuits Sonores… Following a widely acclaimed SECTION mix, he was also announced as a resident DJ for London’s Tech Couture parties. Lacchesi’s love for loops and his relentless pursuit of harmony drive his high-octane, multigenre sets. Known for creating intense, rollercoaster-like journeys, he builds tension to the point where the body can’t take it anymore, only to offer a full, euphoric release. His performances are wild and fiery, embodying his Mediterranean energy, Italian temperament, and playful humor. Curious about everything (people, sounds, and experiences), he brings an infectious energy to the club, leaving the dance floor in a frenzy. Lacchesi thrives on resilience, laughter, and sweat, always pushing the limits to deliver unforgettable moments.
Mac Declos
Born into a world where rhythm and melody were as natural as breathing, Mac Declos was destined to become a musical force. With a blues guitarist father and a singer-dancer mother, Mac’s childhood was a haven for artistic expression. By the age of five, he was already absorbing these influences, finding his first love in hip-hop dance, a passion that quickly revealed his prodigious talent for timing and musicality. Mac's artistic journey began in contemporary dance, where he earned a degree from the esteemed Centre Chorégraphique National of Roubaix. However, his boundless curiosity soon drew him to the world of house and then electronic music. The transition was effortless; as a former professional dancer, Mac understands the essence of groove. With a brilliant sound that defies expectations, Mac Declos quickly became known for his intense, precise, and technical techno sets: he’s a natural. His ability to blend mental and physical grooves with such finesse sets him apart as a virtuoso, a master of his craft. About to release his second album on Mama Told Ya, Mac Declos has remained relentlessly creative. Last year, Mac set the tone with the Angel Eyes EP alongside Pablo Bozzi on Second Sight, a heartfelt love letter to house and club music. That momentum fully crystallized in fall 2025 with the release of his second album on Mama Told Ya, Nothing Stands Still. Spanning 12 timeless tracks, the record unfolds as a multigenre statement, fluid and emotional, bridging introspective songwriting with forward-thinking club energy. In Spring 2024, Mac Declos dropped «Endless Cycle,» his new pulsating EP on XX Lab. Prior to «Endless Cycle,» Mac showcased his skills with previous releases that garnered widespread acclaim. His 2022 EP «Cuir en Cage» on Myst and his first full-length LP, the 10-track «Hard Work Always Pays Off,» released on Mama Told Ya in 2023, demonstrated his knack for captivating audiences. Collaborations with artists like Anetha, François X, Kuss, and Lacchesi further emphasized his multifaceted talent and influence in the music scene, cementing his status as a rising star. Mac Declos is far more than just a DJ and producer—he's a phenomenon. With a masterful command of rhythm and groove, combined with a fearless curiosity and genre-fluid approach, he’s one of the most exciting DJs to experience on the dance floor. He evokes a joyful yet frenetic vitality, transforming every set into an unforgettable high-energy experience and solidifying his role as a defining force in the future of techno.
