About this event
A new wave in the city. First edition at Club Up.
“Onda Forte” is a Portuguese phrase that literally means “Strong Wave.” It represents an intense surge of energy, a powerful movement that arrives with impact, rhythm, and presence. That’s exactly the spirit we bring to the dancefloor.
This special edition is all about the Brazilian passion for football, Brazilian supporters crowd coming together to cheer for Brazil on the road to the sixth title. Brazilians or not, everyone is welcome to be part of this experience.
For this World Cup special edition, Onda Forte transforms into an unforgettable watch party experience. As soon as the match between Brazil and Haiti kicks off, big screens across the venue will broadcast the game live while the party keeps happening at full energy. The music never stops, the dancefloor stays alive, and everyone can experience the emotion of the match together, singing, dancing, cheering, and celebrating side by side.

We are Onda Collective, a group of Amsterdam-based DJs united by our love for powerful rhythmic expression and for creating spaces where cultures merge on the dancefloor. For the first time of Onda Forte at Club Up, we bring our resident DJs and special guests, each adding their own flavor to this intense fusion of baile funk, latin club, and underground club culture.

Pedro da Mata
Pedro da Mata is a DJ and founder of Onda Collective, mixing house music and its subgenres with the raw energy of baile funk. Drawing from his Brazilian background and Afro-Latin roots, he blends groove, rhythm, and culture into a unique dancefloor experience. In 2024, he made his debut at Amsterdam Dance Event after reaching the Top 10 of the Guess Jeans DJ Contest, and in 2025 he celebrated his Ibiza debut. Currently, he is performing in Amsterdam’s underground scene while also earning new opportunities on the main stages.

Not Yet is an Amsterdam based DJ from the south of The Netherlands. She mixes garage with very vocal hard house and tech house. She is spreading love with her energetic sets, sometimes 4 the baddies. Not Yet is building a family: The Onda Collective. She is determined on hosting events for the underground club culture in Amsterdam with Latin influences. She likes to bring people together. Where art meets music and music meets art. Her event is called: DE BEEST UITHANGEN. She is a film maker graduated from the Rietveld Academie.
AAlva
Hailing from Brazil and performing actively in the Amsterdam music scene, AAlva sticks to his roots musically and explores music emerging in the underground LatAm scene. His sound navigates the intersection of Brazilian funk, arrocha, brega, Latin experimental music, and guaracha, shifting between tempos and intensities into harder genres like drum & bass,footwork and breakbeat. AAlva enjoys building dynamic sets that blend rhythmically charged Latin influences with club-driven energy.
