David Carretta

Paty Vapor

Co-founder of the female-focused event series 'Wisdom Tits & The Mad Express presents'. She is part of the Italian label-collective Slow Motion / Wrong Era. Holding a residency at Sameheads, she regularly showcases her sound at the pinnacle of Berlin's venues, across Europe, and in Brazil, solo or as one half of the DJ duo ‘Wisdom Tits’ alongside Caillou. Her sets evoke an old-school nostalgia of the ’80s, weaving through EBM, Electro, Synthpunk and Industrial, smoothly blending with Wave, Obscure Italo and Belgian New Beat. Characterized by powerful kicks, bold basslines, ethereal synths, and enigmatic vocals. Paty Vapor's sonic tapestry is a captivating fusion of the old and the avant-garde.

Skatman

Skatman (Aziz Haddad) is a Berlin based, Tunisian born DJ, producer and founder of Cognitive Prophecy. He has gained recognition for his eclectic approach to electronic music, a sonic fingerprint that blurs genre boundaries. With a substantial discography, including tracks on renowned labels such as Innervisions, Running Back and Correspondent, being a former resident of the iconic Berlin club Watergate, and his regular DJ appearances in the world's most favorite clubs, Skatman has become one of the most intriguing and captivating artists in the industry. Skatman is the kind of DJ who loves surprising and teasing his audience on the dance floor, often playing the unexpected. His selection spans across a broad range of genres and tempos, which may seem incompatible on the surface but are extremely cohesive in the mix. Skatman's sound has evolved into an ongoing homage to his experiences in both his current home, Berlin, and his early years in Tunisia. It encapsulates a madhouse aura, where everything seems completely under control yet intensely anarchic all at once. Four-to-the-floor house, techno, 80s synth-pop, breaks, and cinematic scores have all contributed to forming his unique sound. His production style can be described as a mix between raw, unfiltered sounds, hypnotic grooves, and dreamy harmonies.

The Exaltics

Based in the humble city of Jena in central Germany, Robert Witschakowski-Jockel started producing music in the late-'90s, during which time he was resident DJ and booker of Kassablanca. His tenure there proved influential in bringing the likes of Jeff Mills, Robert Hood and Claude Young to the city's nascent club scene for the first time, where he remains a pivotal figurehead of Germany's electro-tipped underground. With mixes netted for Resident Advisor, Electronic Explorations and Digital Tsunami, to the CD release of We Are Not Your Friends Vol 1, Robert's work as The Exaltics is no longer exclusive to the tight-nit circles of street-wise DJs, producers and label owners alike. With a live acid show now in full swing, Robert's performances as The Exaltics have seen him tour Europe and dominate Berlin, billed in 2017 alongside a huge cast of acts for Tresor & DJ Stingray's Kern Vol 4 release party. With the bulk of Robert's music now released on his ever-growing Solar One Music, the label he runs with Crotaphytus collaborator and life-long friend Nico Jagiella, Robert's world of shadowy electro has gravitated to, among others, discerning imprints like Shipwrec, Clone West Coast Series and Crème Organization. Robert has collaborated with Drexciya's Gerald Donald for Solar Music's Hubble Telescope Series as Project STS-31, and Arne Weinberg as Val_Ex, with Gerard Hanson (aka Convextion) also welcomed into the Solar One Music fray under his E.R.P. alias. Add names Helena Hauff, Ekman, Drvg Cvltvre and the late Andreas Ghem to the body of artists delivering Solar One Music its lone aesthetic, Robert's purism and integrity to his field of science fiction, acid-influenced electro is undeniable.
