born in hong kong, gia has built an international reputation through a deep passion for afro-latin music, particularly salsa and its many offshoots. As a dj, producer and curator, she’s driven by cultural exchange, drawing connections between her own chinese heritage and latin american musical traditions through joyful, rhythm-led selections and thoughtful research alike.
