In 1979, Neil Fraser - artistically known as Mad Professor founded Ariwa Sounds, the longest running and one of the biggest and most influential independently owned Reggae studios and record labels in the UK.

Over the past few years, we've spent a lot of time with Neil and delved deep into the Ariwa catalog, putting together a compilation celebrating the label and its output over the past 45 years - music from Sister Nancy, Johnny Clarke, Sandra Cross, Kofi, U Roy, Queen Omega, and much more.

For this special occasion, we have Mad Professor himself, performing live alongside iconic vocalist Aisha, who is also featured on the record.

Melodies DJs and special guests will also be sharing the decks and we'll have some copies of the release available at the party.
