Marla Kether

Afro-Latin electronic producer, global-sounds inspired DJ, and bassist for Little Simz, Marla Kether makes her grand return.

Born in London to Congolese parents, Marla has exceeded 50 million Spotify streams for her work as a session bassist (Loyle Carner, Yazmin Lacey, Oscar Jerome, and Obongjayar).

After winning Youth Music’s 2024 Producer of the Year award, Marla has since started a new chapter in her own music, releasing her much-anticipated sophomore EP via respected UK imprint Strut Records.

Marla is currently touring worldwide with Little Simz, following her standout performance on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage in 2024.

As a certified one to watch with her own live band, Marla has performed sold-out headline shows with her 6-piece line-up, and we proudly present her at The Lower Third.
