Kom Dansa with Christoffer Berg (Hird) & Robin FX

Tvåstegsprogrammet 1) Kom 2) Dansa welcomes Christoffer Berg (Hird) to Ivan's Pilsnerbar.

Christoffer Berg has run his deep house alias Hird since the late 1990s, close to three decades of warm, jazz-inflected house drawing on Detroit beatdown, UK trip-hop and the Svek lineage of Scandinavian house. Hird's latest release, "Moving Forward Backwards," came out earlier this year including a recent remix by Alexi Delano aka ADNY (SVEK).

Beyond Hird, Christoffer is one of Sweden's most respected studio hands, with production and mixing credits including The Knife, Fever Ray, Depeche Mode, Cut Copy and Little Dragon.

When not working in the studio he pilots LoveWithinSound, a DIY hi-fi sound system project built in the spirit of David Mancuso's Loft ethos and is also a part of Gothenburg's Pluto Station collective together with Robin Fx. Rumor has it they are building a new record label together so one might also expect a little preview of what's to come.
