Jungstötter 𓆩 Sustained is the third album out of Jungstötter, the solo project of Berlin-based musician and songwriter Fabian Altstötter. Following Love Is (2019) and One Star (2023), Altstötter turns toward a particular rawness that reestablishes the strength of poetics, of vocal sound, and the softness of song when reduced, restrained, redirected. The album pivots off sustaining in the sense of holding together an inbetween. Of breathing in, and breathing out, and holding that fragile breath in a rhythm that crawls to a place of soft stasis. It is not in the sense of an environmental or musical parameter, nor of some meditative balance of the breath. It is in the sense of something allegorical, something romantically optimistic, of wanting to breathe in and out at the same time. It is an 11-track cast of songs in an act of push and pull toward the softness. Carried through voice, rattling harmonicas, tactile elements surging into layered melodies. An arc of noise, piano mechanics, extended technique, and always breathing, breathing through wafting harmonica, through sutured words, through the oscillating hum of a note trying to find life. Sustained has a sense of something abrasive, burnished, gnawing at a silence that is eroded and resculpted into something sedimentary - pockets of restrained buoyancy, of intricate reverence, of strident relief. There are layers and layers of these threads and wires of feeling, all anchored and sustained in the breath of lyric.

Laurén Maria 𓆩 In her musical spheres, or in the realms of her life at large, Laurén Maria dances with her surrounding not in an external way, but in one which seems to be felt internally, to herself at least, communicating through her voice & organic sounds often electronically modified. She has released her second solo album titled 'You're Beautiful' on the Bratislava-based label Warm Winters Ltd. on August 1st 2025.
