JUMBI FRIDAYS !
Every Friday, 9pm–2am, we welcome takeovers from the UK finest local to global collectives and selectors. The Headtops bring their unique blend of high energy riddims, heavy bassline and party singalongs to Jumbi as we celebrate the birthday of our beloved Darkstepper on the 26th June <3
Headtops is joined by very special guest Chinese Daughter - known for her known for her deep, soulful, bass-heavy vinyl-only sets in jungle, drum & bass and old-school rave.
Headtops is a black electronic music collective founded in January 2024 by DJs Darkstepper, Rae Dee, Shadobeni and zesttbh - blending everything from UKG, Grime and House to Miami Bass, Baile Funk and Jersey.

Darkstepper started out specialising in the darker sounds of bass music but has since expanded her style, ranging from tropical Disco to experimental R’n’B sounds. With her extensive knowledge of genres and love for music Darkstepper inspires to bring fresh and innovative sounds to her sets.

Chinese Daughter
Chinese Daughter is a vinyl only dj and Swamp 81 affiliate who brings the best in new and old jungle, breaks and bass. She is a resident on Rinse & Balamii
