For this session, we’re joining forces to bring a true pioneer to Barcelona: the legendary dub master, Scientist. Stepping out of King Tubby's studio in the late 70s, Hopeton Brown (aka Scientist) literally re-wired the way we hear bass music. He turned the mixing desk into a lead instrument, stripping tracks down to their raw, echoing core and laying the groundwork for decades of electronic music to follow.

We aren't doing this on a massive festival stage. We’re keeping things raw and intimate, exactly how this music is meant to be experienced. Expect proper low-end weight, heavy dub selections, and a masterclass in live mixing from one of the architects of the genre.
