On June 19, IZIKI returns to Smelteverket for a night dedicated to rhythm, connection, and deep, forward-thinking electronic music.

Leading the night are two internationally respected artists, TOMER and BADBOX

With roots in New York's legendary club scene, Tomer has built a global reputation through releases on iconic labels and a signature Afro house sound supported by names like Black Coffee, Themba, and Keinemusik. His productions and DJ sets blend emotional depth with driving grooves, creating immersive dancefloor moments worldwide.

BADBOX, the London-based DJ and producer, brings over three decades of experience across genres like jungle, garage, and house. Known for his deep connection to African-inspired sounds and global club culture, he has performed at some of the world's most iconic venues and continues to shape the modern electronic landscape with powerful, genre-blending sets.

Each will take the floor for a one-hour set before coming together for a special extended B2B to close the night.

Warming up the dancefloor, Oslo's own, Mulo B2B Lorentz Bodega Two key figures behind IZIKI and Epiphany Kollektiv, Mulo and Lorentz Bodega are true local heroes. With years of experience shaping Oslo's underground scene, they bring a deeply rooted connection to Afro, organic, and progressive sounds. Expect a hypnotic and groove-driven opening set, setting the tone for the journey ahead.

From humble beginnings on underground radio, BADBOX has ascended to headline prestigious events and clubs across the globe. Renowned not only for his musical prowess but also for his entrepreneurial acumen, BADBOX’s journey intersects with Black Coffee’s meteoric rise, as he introduced the luminary to the underground circuit and hosted Coffee’s Apple Beat show. Fusing his Cypriot heritage with a global musical perspective, BADBOX delivers electrifying performances at iconic venues like Hï Ibiza, Blue Marlin, Phi Beach Sardinia, and the Summerians series events in Ibiza, Tulum, and Dubai. His distinctive focus on African-inspired rhythms and production techniques has garnered acclaim on esteemed labels including Armada, Nervous, Defected’s sub-labels: Mahaba and Sondela (formerly affiliated), as well as releases on MoBlack and Kazukuta, showcasing his versatility and creativity. Collaborations with industry titans like Black Coffee further solidify BADBOX’s reputation as a standout talent in the contemporary electronic music landscape. Mulo

Mulo is a French-born DJ and producer based in Oslo, whose artistry is rooted in a deep connection with rhythm and primal beats. Originally a skilled percussionist, Mulo seamlessly bridges his musical origins with his current mastery of african inspired electronic music while weaving in hints of organic and progressive house. His sound is a vibrant fusion of cultural flavors and contemporary club energy, enhanced by his signature live percussion elements, which add a distinct and immersive dimension to his music. Spanning over a decade, Mulo’s journey has taken him to stages shared with some of the most respected figures in the scene, including BadBox, Sparrow & Barbossa, Pippi Ciez, La Santa, and Djuma Soundsystem. His unique ability to elevate any lineup with his signature sound has earned him recognition as both a standout solo artist and a sought-after collaborator. Since 2016, Mulo has been a foundational member and resident of Epiphany Oslo, a cornerstone of the city's nightlife, as well as a key figure behind Iziki Oslo. His sets are celebrated for their magnetic energy, blending deep, driving beats with intricate, tribal and groovy percussion that resonates on a visceral level. Mulo’s dedication to his craft and his connection to the pulse of the dancefloor have made him an integral force, whether spinning at intimate venues or commanding larger crowds.
