About this event
Founded by a Berlin-based collective of Eastern European immigrants, Gantiadi Festival is an independent, self-organised, and a multidisciplinary cultural platform. Its name, “Gantiadi” meaning “dawn” in Georgian, symbolizes renewal and awakening, values that guide the festival’s mission to give visibility to emerging voices and socio-political realities from underrepresented regions.
Since its founding, the festival has developed a distinctive format combining film live music performances, screenings, panel discussions, and exhibitions.
The upcoming edition of the Festival takes place on 4-6.06.2026 in Neue Zukunft, Berlin. Traditionally, on the last day the festival culminates in a live concert that transitions into late-night DJ sets. This year’s edition features Bedford Falls and Kordz from Tbilisi, presented in collaboration with Stockton Records, with Machineries opening the concert program.
The night continues with DJ sets by Berlin-based techno artists Charlie, Olha, and Ly Sas, bringing together international and local perspectives in an eclectic reflection of the festival’s socio-cultural spirit.
We invite fellow citizens who share a vision for a peaceful, progressive, and socially just future to join us in this celebration of cultural diversity and unity.
Entry is donation-based (€10–15 suggested) on a first come, first served basis. A limited number of early bird tickets are available online for those who wish to support the festival and secure entry in advance.
