In Fernando Zapico, one can find a rare combination: a producer with a talent for creating timeless pieces of electronic dance music, who at the same time is able to shine bright as a selector and club DJ. What is it about Z@p that has made him such an idiosyncratic spirit in a sea of fresh DJs and producers emerging on a daily basis? One could look at his background; after all, being native to Uruguay, a grail of modern dance music with a rich legacy to learn from, definitely helps. Yet a strong infatuation with club culture and electronic music since the early 2000´s in the Montevideo scene has fostered him to develop and progress on a consistent basis. This same fascination led him to meet and become affiliated with the crew behind Phonotheque, a club and collective of which he is now a lifelong resident. Yet Nando is not just a representation of a culture but a representation of himself, of his edge. Perhaps this edge is the way to look at his music. Operating within a framework of conventional dance music, Z@p, as a DJ, is universally aligned to deliver his signature sound in various settings for various crowds. The beats are all-consuming, tension builds and releases organically, and there is not much left but to dance the night away under his skillful lead. But once you get sucked into the atmosphere, dissonance, carefully placed disruptions, otherworldly basslines, resonating acid, bended vocals, and seemingly contradicting narratives appear and start taking you on a whole other trip. Listening to an experienced and well-versed DJ express himself and utilize his skills, you’re bound to go on a layered and complex journey that is both captivating, empowering, and thought-provoking. Since 2015, the Uruguayan started touring Europe more and more frequently until 2018 when he finally bit the bullet and moved to Berlin permanently. Nowadays, he is a resident of both Phonotheque and Cartulis Music, two institutions pushing electronic music forward in the Americas and Europe, respectively. He continues to tour and be a frequent guest at some of the best clubs in the world, yet somehow he manages to be a tour de force when it comes to production, consistently putting out tracks that electronic music fans all around the world treasure and appreciate. These releases under some of the most influential labels of our time, such as My Own Jupiter, Time Passages, and Cabaret Recordings just to name a few, have set new standards for contemporary dance music to aspire to.

Emilio Ribeiro, December 1983. Born in Montevideo, but he grew up and lived most of his life in San José. Music lover since always, he first met electronic music by chance (or not), at the age of 20. Captivated by this totally unknown universe, he begins to frequent different clubs and parties; shortly after he meets his friend, mentor and greatest influence: DJ Koolt. After several years of clubbing, he decided in 2011 to learn to mix. Since then, his search for sounds has been constant. At the beginning playing at parties with friends, then slowly stardet playing at parties and clubs both in and outside of the city capital, Montevideo. He is currently one of the residents of Phonotheque, Montevideo’s mythical club, and Avant Garten in Buenos Aires. Influenced mainly by Techno and House, Emilio will always try to provide a meaningful set filled with identity.

Alexia Glensy

Not defined by a genre, Alexia’s sound is a multi-faceted journey of depth and emotion, a conversation between her audience and herself. Born in London, with her roots in Brazil, the blending of cultures was ingrained in her from a young age, taking influence from both her South American and European heritages. Despite starting her career in Sao Paulo, Alexia craved more. She quickly relocated back to London, diving head-first to pursue music full-time. In 2020, Alexia moved to Amsterdam, where she was taken under the wing of the highly acclaimed VBX and Shelter crews, allowing her to settle in and find her ground. In the meantime, her passion project, LeMaia, an events, clothing and record label, came to life, helping her pave her own way and build her career to what it is today. From Brazil to Lithuania, Uruguay to France, Switzerland to Spain, Alexia’s music has already taken her many corners of the world, playing at some of the most credible and highly respected venues and festivals like Fabric London, Wildeburg Festival, Hoppetosse, Opium Club, DC-10, the globally esteemed Awakenings Festival, and of course, her residency in Shelter, Amsterdam. An artist with a relentless hunger to immerse herself in the experience of it all, absorbing, learning and growing, Alexia’s bounds aren’t in sight. We’re excited to see what the future holds. Marinella, known to the music world as Mariiin, is a visionary force in the UK’s electronic music scene. Originally from Italy and now based in London, she has established herself as both an innovative DJ and a prolific producer, blending the timeless essence of electronic music with forward-thinking sounds. Her sets are renowned for creating immersive atmospheres, expertly balancing the powers of light and darkness to draw listeners into a hypnotic experience. Mariiin’s dedication and skill have solidified her reputation as one of London’s most compelling selectors performing performances at top festivals and acclaimed venues across the Europe. Her artistry is deeply influenced by electronic music’s trailblazers, yet she continually pushes the genre navigating various styles with finesse. Her original productions reflect a unique and evolving signature—melding intensity with nuance—which positions her as a multifaceted artist whose reach extends well beyond the DJ booth. With a genuine passion for her craft, Mariiin aims to create meaningful connections on the dancefloor, sharing moments that resonate long after the music fades.

Born in Buenos aires, at a young age Marco moved to become a Barcelona based youngster. Marco is always looking for the groove as a driving force for his house, techno and minimal sets. He's a member of the Barcelona label/collective Thood.
