Jane Darke

Jane Darke is a London-based DJ and producer carving a distinct space in the realm of Techno and EBM. With roots in the darker edges of electronic music, she crafts sets that are driven by stripped-back intensity, heavy low-end pressure and trance-inducing rhythms. Co-founder of VO!D D!SCO, she has brought her sound to renowned spaces like Corsica Studios and The Cause. Outside of the club, she has played on AAJA, Netil Radio and Groovetank.

ona:v

ona:v is a Polish-born DJ, producer and promoter with an ear for hypnotic techno and emotive electro. A scientist by day and a DJ by night, the Edinburgh-based artist is an integral figure of Scottish alternative scene, both as a standalone name and through her EPiKA event series and platform. Having honed her mixing skills and built an extensive track collection for several years, ona:v debuted on Edinburgh’s club circuit in 2019, where she remains an active part of the scene today. With a sound that spans dark yet groovy techno, ona:v channels older and lesser-known tracks throughout her DJ sets. As an advocate for equal representation in the electronic music industry, ona:v believes platforming is the best way to increase the proportion of female and non-binary artists and features their tracks in her sets. Bookings across the UK make up ona:v’s diary, with gigs from London all the way to Aberdeen. With strong Scottish presence, she shared the booth with biggest names of techno: Ben Klock, SLAM, Randomer, Clouds, ANNE, Fjaak and many more. More recently, she headlined the basement stage curated by Sisu at Hidden Doors — a prolific visual art and music festival in Edinburgh — and performed several times at Edinburgh's Terminal V Festival. Outside of the UK, she played in Poland in Berlin, with two streams from Berlin's HÖR Radio. Production-wise, ona:v has released her debut EP on Diffuse Reality Records in late 2022. With plenty more in the pipeline, no doubt we will hear more about her later this year!
