Eclectrik! Afro jazz, sultry vocals and soulful house with David Kayode (live)

Saxophonist David Kayode and his sextet will be bringing Afro goodness to the stage this June. Blending his African roots with Caribbean steel pan is a novel take in the trans-Atlantic evolution of Afrobeat. Local boys and purveyors of jazz fusion Fraka in support with the the sublime blues stylings of jazz chanteuse Emma Taylor opening the evening.

June regular Andrew Ibi will be bringing seasoning for the after party with Andy Himself providing the gravy B2B with Jason.

Eclectrik is a bi-monthly immersive music event. It showcases live performances from both emerging and established artists then segues into DJ sets enthralled to the 4/4 beat of House music but will always stray to its disco roots taking in jazz, Afrobeat, Latin rhythms and funk along the way.
