The DMZ Peace Train Music Festival sings out the message of peace in the center of the only lasting divided nation in the world, Korea, in its demilitarized zone (DMZ) in Cheorwon, Gangwon Province.
Peace Train’s priority is to deliver how music helps us overcome differences in political views, economic disparity, and ideological conflicts, to collectively reach an ultimate state of freedom and peace. We simply "Dance for a Borderless World!" without any hostility, singing and dancing together beyond the boundaries of rankings, genres, nationalities, and generations.
Furthermore, Peace Train aims to uncover important values in life that are often overlooked and forgotten, hoping that values such as freedom, peace, human rights, and generosity continue to hold significance for the generations to come.
Peace Train has no headliners. It pays respect to sounds of past generations and helps unveil hidden gems around the world.
Peace Train does not discriminate, restrict, or judge. It is an all-inclusive festival, respecting diversityand freedom of individual expression.
Peace Train does not fake. It focuses on its core values, keeping things the way they are naturally.
DANCING FOR A BORDERLESS WORLD!
