A pioneer of Italy’s cosmic scene, Baldelli helped redefine what a dancefloor could sound like, blending disco, funk, Balearic, new wave, Afro rhythms and early electronic music into the eclectic style that would become known worldwide as Italo Disco.

Decades on from his legendary residencies at Baia degli Angeli and Cosmic Club, his influence can still be heard across contemporary disco, house and leftfield club culture.
