Move D, aka David Moufang, is a true cornerstone of underground electronic music. With roots stretching back to jazz, soul, psychedelia and early electronic sounds, his journey spans decades of deep musical exploration. Active since the late 80s as a DJ and producer, he became widely recognised in the 90s through his Source Records imprint and a long-running creative partnership with the late Pete Namlook.

Renowned for his warmth, musical depth and impeccable selection, Move D’s sound moves freely across house, techno and beyond, always guided by feeling rather than trends. With releases on labels such as Source, Workshop, Smallville, Warp, Running Back and many more, his influence remains timeless.
