Catatonic - Durational Performance

Water rising to the tipping point, exhausting the thread of resilience. Moments of near deluge, point of overflow slowly creeping up and slowly depleting. With it, the urge to bathe, the urge to be submerged, the urge to shiver. Tide like, seeping leftover residue within the fibres. Two interconnected bathtubs in a closed circuit controlled by a system of filling, draining and repeat. 60 cycles over the duration of 8 hours.

Within, the body and the psyche navigating through repetitive loops.
Days, months and years, compressed into 8-minute gaps.
A constructed cycle, presents itself as an undeniable sequence, a factual rhythm.

When does the body and mind accept this to be so?
