About this event
UK-Latinx torchbearer and global club phenomenon DJ Bushbby invites some of her favourite DJs to join her for a summer dance in the Fox & Firkin garden. A celebrar la vida con Perreo, Cumbia, Champeta, Salsa, Soca y mas.

FLACA Iconic DJ and cultural agitator returns to the stage with the same energy that made her one of the key figures in urban and electronic sound. Her sets blend reggaeton, guaracha, cumbia, rap, and hybrid genres emerging from the depths of SoundCloud, creating a raw and immersive dance ritual.
SUSOBRINO (DJ set) Bolivian-Belgian artist and cumbia ambassador Susobrino guides audiences through everything from sweet cumbias and boleros, to sweat-inducing reggaeton and heavy percussive bass.
DESTA FRENCH (DJ set) Singer and UK Latinx legend will be behind the decks with a selection of Salsa, Cumbia and other Latin dancefloor gems.
IMMIGRANT PARTY Patriots of the Global South, and the selectors of overlooked and forgotten dance music. Expect selections threading through 70s - 00s Caribbean, Latin America & Africa.
ONDA SAOCO Ana Isabela & Nora have come together to form their duo, Onda Saoco, inspired by the percussive foundations that make up the genres they love, encompassing the cultures of Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Bushbby
Bushbby is a UK-Colombian DJ, born with a deep connection to both Latin America and the UK club scene. Primarily based in London, her sets deliver an explosion of Reggaeton, Dancehall and Dembow, expertly woven amongst the timeless Latin rhythms of Cumbia, Champeta and Salsa. Since her DJing inception in 2019, Bushbby has become a respected and unapologetic Latinx voice in London’s club scene. As well as igniting stages at leading festivals such as Glastonbury, We Out Here, Lost Village, Boomtown and Outlook, she has performed extensively throughout Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, and spotlighted many upcoming Latinx artists through regularly curated radio shows and club nights. Community is at the heart of Bushbby’s contribution to music, intensifying the unique UK-Latinx presence across the map whilst enabling the reconnecting of diasporas in a celebration of roots and rave culture.

Susobrino
His didactic study for percussion and rhythm was the focus of his new album “La Hoja de Eucalipto”that brings alive a more active and aggressive part of Susobrino. The Bolivian Indiana Jones presented his first serene EP “Mapajo” in 2018. An EP fully made of his field recording trip to Bolivia. Since then he achieved a double win for the Champion Sound Beat Battle , got Most Promising Artist at Red Bull Elektropedia Awards and already played Sfinks, TAZ, Bouge B, Gilles Peterson's Worldwide at Leysin and recently Listen! Festival & a LEFTO showcase NCHTWNKEL at AB... In “Pocualeito” (an anagram for “eucalipto”) , “Suso”, as he is affectively known, fuses his extensive practice in Afro-Latin percussion with a penchant for cinematic strings that oscillate between eerily quiet and fractally intense. An electronic music artist that resorts to his mouse only when strictly necessary, Susobrino crafts his ‘soundtrack music’ -referring to the soundtrack of life itself- by executing a wide variety of instruments. It is hard to summarise Susobrino’s music in words, for no words have been yet invented to describe the groundbreaking work we hear in “Pocualeito”, an unequivocal sign that Kebrada records is set to continue writing contemporary music history with each release.
