Berlin-based Ukai Ndame was born in Angola and raised in South Africa. The name Ukai Ndame comes from Umbundu, a native Angolan language, which means “Lady like me”.

Following a sold-out ADE event in 2025, the party returns to our MAX venue for the 2026 edition.
On Saturday 24 October, Blends World will once again take place in the heart of the city, featuring a special African electronic night. Get ready for an immersive musical journey with unique and exclusive sounds from Africa, combined in a blend that the diaspora can relate to. Genres such as Afrohouse and Afrotech will take centre stage this evening.
